Mumbai: New Delhi-based Telesur Online (TEO) is offering the first version of its Smartphone Data Link – now called the Smartphones and Beds Network – to its subscribers, in exchange for discounts on smartphones.
From its website, Telesur Online offers a detailed guide to the service, and how, to configure the mobile data connections for all of its operators.
The telco, headquartered in Nagpur, says it launched the service in February 2016 by way of a promotional service that it says allows subscribers to save on voice, data and data roaming charges of 25 each year.
It has partnered with Telemarks, an eXgrated mobile payment provider that allows people to pay with their smartphone.
But in January this year it launched another version that offers discounts on both standard phone and data. The new version, which includes no charge-for-play or no SIM activation, is priced at Rs. 3,500 but plans to offer unlimited, standard data. (diyet)
