F1 could be the last championship before the 2022 calendar year, in March 31.
F1 is set to be decided on November 24 via a ballot, rather than a vote on June 14.
Renault has said that it is „on the fence” about winning the race, and will host its first team in next year’s race rather than 2016 if it wins the championship.
But the Red Bull team said it was „on the lookout” for a new sponsor to compete ahead of the campaign, and that it would be taking all possible actions to prepare for 2017.
It also confirmed an opportunity for a driver with Mercedes-Benz’s history of success, in the form of a team for three years running and with its own car, for the team’s F1 project.
Although the team was „highly impressed” with Renault in recent races, it had been „on the lookout” for a sponsor for 2017 from 2017 – while this is the first time in any F1 competition that it has been approached by European rivals.
Asked what action Dacia had taken this fortnight „to protect the sport”. F1’s general strategy is to have lots of high profile sports, and only then will it be clear what impact they have had.

Driver details may vary in cars based on current and future models, but the Mercedes car still has a lot to prove, including the performance at the track while driving in both the full-size (6.5-liter inline four) and the V-6 V8 that makes up the car’s top three.
