1. A new interchanges tower with more than 2,000 metres of air-conditioning capacity. Its dimensions, with an effective length of 5,500 metres, will give a total of 18,000 metres of uninterrupted air-conditioning capacity, on the site of the current NPO. However, all of the existing air-conditioning capacity is now covered by the old NPO. This will enhance its operational range, and allow a significantly larger number of people to use the new air-conditioning facilities.
2. Another new type of building to be constructed on the site of the present NPO will be the Kargarov CAB on the same site. This new building will span 17,000 metres (16,300 metres) and will be situated in a relatively deep position in order to provide both public and private security, with a view into the surrounding countryside. In order to address the security issue due to infiltration of terrorists on the international stage, a number of security steps have been taken, which will ensure security of the structures, and the availability of electricity. This is because the present NPO belongs to a group of terrorists.
